Cindi Keith
Business History: Cindi brings more than 20 years of auditing and accounting experience to the group and leads the Technology Assurance Practice for the North Texas Market. Cindi has worked with a variety of clients in the technology sector, including public and private companies. Additionally, Cindi possesses extensive experience with business and accounting considerations surrounding the Public Offering process. Prior to joining the technology practice Cindi spent five years in the entrepreneurial advisory services group, helping growing businesses reach their goals. She is currently serving as the lead engagement partner on Perot Systems Ericsson North America, and Nexstar Broadcasting Group.
Qualifications and Professional Activities: Member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, Member of the AICPA, Cindi obtained her degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas. Cindi has been quoted in the Dallas Business Journal and the Dallas Morning News addressing Venture Capital funding in the Dallas and Texas marketplace. She is a member of the Metroplex Technology Business Council Board. She is the Chairman of the Board of the Entrepreneurs Foundation of North Texas, Chairs the Executive Advisory Council of the University of Texas at Dallas School of Accounting and is co-chair of the Capital Connections Committee of the Greater Dallas Chamber.
