Jeff White
Jeff White is the Vice President of the Services Solutions and Marketing organization of Alcatel-Lucent. In his role Jeff is responsible for Business Development and Solutions Architecture for ALU Services Portfolio in the Americas. Previously, He led the Multimedia Service Delivery organization responsible for technical support and deployment of Alcatel-Lucent Multimedia and IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) solutions.
Prior to joining ALU, Jeff served as Senior Director of National Transport Infrastructure Engineering at Cingular Wireless where he had responsibility for national transport, VoIP and IMS engineering.
Jeff served as General Manager of Broadband Internet Operations and Support at BellSouth. In this role, he led the broadband tier 2 technical support, customer networking equipment business, OSS and end to end process. In other roles, Jeff led the technical planning, architecture, and product development for broadband access and data networks.
Jeff started his career in the Science and Technology division of BellSouth where he worked on broadband and Intelligent Networking. He has also held positions in wireless network engineering and operations with Contour Networks Inc., BellSouth Mobility and Prime Co Personal Communications (now Verizon Wireless) where he was involved launched the first 2G CDMA wireless network Deployment.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Southern Polytechnic University.
