Tech Series
An interactive program focused on technology applications and trends in the high-tech industry. Typically held the third Friday each month, these events feature presentations by industry experts and luminary speakers. Topics range from management and financial operations to cutting-edge technology trends and applications. The target audience includes C-level executives to engineers and programmers. Average attendance is 120 each luncheon.
Among the luncheon speakers in 2012 were Krish Prabhu CTO of AT&T, Richard Fisher of the Dallas Federal Reserve, and Edward Marx, CIO of Texas Health Resources. Sponsorships include table through presenting sponsorships ($500-$5000). View event page
Tech Titans
The largest annual event of the MTBC, the Tech Titans Awards Gala recognizes achievement and innovation in the technology industry in North Texas with the presentation of awards in ten prestigious categories. More than 700 executives, their clients and luminaries from the North Texas technology industry attend the black-tie awards gala giving companies the perfect opportunity to market and build relationships.
Held each year in August at one of the region’s premier hotels, the Tech Titans Awards Gala has been a sellout for four consecutive years. A range of sponsorship opportunities exist including entertainment, Fast Tech, Tech Titans of the Future, up through title sponsor. Sponsorship amounts start at $2,200. View event page
Golf Tournament
The MTBC Golf Tournament will attract business executives from technology companies across the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex to the Brookhaven Country Club in Dallas. The tournament will be a four-person scramble. A brief awards reception with hors d'oeuvres will follow play in the Club dining room.

Legislative Technology Day in Austin
This day brings together professionals of high-tech companies in the Metroplex to make a trip to Austin to visit with our state elected officials. The biennial trip to Austin is your opportunity to get to know elected officials and help distribute the Legislative Agenda to key officials. Various sponsorship levels available starting at $1000. MTBC Connections Happy Hour
Every month on the second Thursday from 5:30 - 7 pm, tech professionals network at a happy hour at Black Finn in Addison. One of our least expensive sponsorships, $500 pays for the private room, appetizers and soft drinks. There is no presentation, introductions are made to the group of the host. The host may give their 1 -minute elevator pitch, introduce their other folks at the event and give away a door prize. Average attendance of 50. View event page
MTBC Cloud Computing Special Interest Group (SIG)
Get in front of the MTBC's largest special interest group, the Cloud Computing SIG! Over 250 members including: CIO's/IT professionals, cloud-related software companies, cloud infrastructure/data centers, advisory services, cloud platform companies, university cloud research and programs. For 2013, the MTBC Cloud SIG will have 6-7 programs/events covering such topics as BYOD, Cloud Success Stories, Cloud Security, SME's Orientation or Cloud "Crunch" and Networking events. Cost for program sponsorship is $1000 per event. Networking event sponsor covers cost of food/beverages.
