Selects speakers, promotes and hosts programs focusing on technical application and business trends in high technology.

Reviews and develops MTBC positions on technology issues, tax laws and pending legislation that will affect the high tech industry.

Works to improve and encourage high-tech entrepreneurship, innovation, and commercialization within DFW. The team's centerpiece is TechQuest which matches the technology needs of major companies with solutions provided by small tech companies, university researchers and technology entrepreneurs.

Develops strategies and tactics that enhance K-12 Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics education.

Plans the annual technology awards program for the Metroplex. These prestigious awards recognize and honor technology leaders and companies for their outstanding achievements, innovations, and leadership. In addition, funds are raised to support engineering and scientific scholarships and grants.

Promotes networking, education, and the formation of business relationships among IT decision makers and companies that provide infrastructure, software, platform and advisory services to Cloud users. Uses various meeting venues, times and formats.

Produces a prestigious annual golf tournament that provides members with opportunities to network with other technology leaders over an enjoyable round of golf.

• Committee Meeting Time: Every Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. beginning in March

Focuses on the ongoing relationships with members and member services through the annual membership drive, new member orientation, and member engagement.

Fosters continued active growth of the nanotechnology and semiconductor industries in North Texas.

Includes leaders in technology marketing and communications and promotes effective strategies to support MTBC programs.
