Prices Being Reduced for MTBC Friday Luncheons

Regular customers of the Management Luncheon and Technical Luncheon will soon notice a reduction in pricing for those events. The MTBC has announced a $5 reduction in luncheon prices for members and non-members both events effective following the next regularly scheduled event. The price reduction is being implemented in this manner to avoid confusion among customers and to streamline the adjustment process.

Customers of the Management Luncheon will see the price reduced to $30 for members and $35 for non-members following the March 6 luncheon featuring UT Dallas Professor Dr. Francisco Szekely’s presentation on "Technology's Role in Creating a Sustainable Society" at Prestonwood Country Club. The Technical Luncheon cost will be reduced to $30 and $35 respectively after the March 27 luncheon featuring Dane Parker of Dell Computer discussing "Green IT at Dell: Going Carbon Neutral" at the Hyatt Regency North Dallas Richardson.

“The MTBC wants to help our members and customers during this uncertain economic crisis stage engaged. We know the time and the money they spend to attend our events is important to them and it’s important to us as well. So, we are making it a little more affordable for them to attend,” said Bill Sproull, President of the Chamber.

The $10 late registration fee will be reinstated at the same time the prices decrease. The late fee applies to those customers who register online after the close of the reservation deadline or walk-in at the event.  The fee will be imposed once the online registration is disengaged, which is two days before each event. This is being done to ensure that there are ample seats at events for all who wish to attend.
