This memorantum included an agreement between the two organizations to refer to each other corporations from their respective regions that are seeking trade partners, distribution channel partners, joint ventures or any other type of strategic partnership with companies in the other's region. Also included was the understanding that the MTBC and CTP can establish a business presence in the other's region providing assistance to the company establishing a new presence. Cross promotion, communication, strategic planning, and overall good ties between the two organizations have been established.
